A supplement to Cardiology News. This supplement was sponsored by Daiichi Sankyo Inc.

The prevalence of atrial fibrillation (AF) is growing worldwide, and it’s vital for the medical community to better understand the disease and those affected. Daiichi Sankyo sponsored a global survey that was conducted in partnership with the Heart Rhythm Society. The global survey of cardiologists illuminates several important considerations regarding the care and management of patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation (NVAF).
